Return & Exchange Policy

7-Day Return Window

We want you to love your jewelry! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
